Monthly Website Maintenance

Level 1 - two hours per month
$50 per month ($25.00 per hour)
Phone calls, meetings, emails, and site work are all factored in the Maintenance /support time.
Normally a 24-48 hours turn around on changes depending on the complexity of the changes.

 

Level 2 - Four hours per month
$100 per month ($25 per hour)
Phone calls, meetings, emails, and site work are all factored in the Maintenance /support time.
Normally a 24-48 hours turn around on changes depending on the complexity of the changes.

 

 Level 3 – Up to 6 hours per month
$150 per month  ($25 per hour)

Maintenance Includes (but not limited to):

  1. Content or text changes provided by the client (see What Makes a Successful Website);
  2. Addition of new pages and content, to include images and graphics;
  3. Additions contact forms, or feedback forms;
  4. Fixing broken links, and adding or changing links;
  5. Changing the navigation menu;
  6. New ideas for your site;
  7. Adding, changing, resizing and updating images;
  8. Normal 24-48 hour turn-around on website changes/additions depending on the complexity of the changes..
  9. Search engine and directory submissions/registration;
  10. Website validation with the three largest search engines – Bing, Yahoo, & Google;
  11. Create, refresh and update keywords, title tags, headers, and meta tags;
  12. Ensure that the keywords/keyword phrases and content are relevant;
  13. Validating the website with Google, Yahoo; Bing
  14. Running Google Analytics on the site to monitor the traffic, page views, and traffic sources to the website;
  15. Ensure that permalinks are search engine friendly;
  16. Make sure all images also have Image Descriptions as a tag;
  17. Create a sitemap and submit it to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  18. Facebook: Establishing a Facebook Fan page, and provide maintenance of the Facebook page which includes Linking Facebook to Twitter, and maintenance includes routine and informative posts (Information/guidance must be provided by the client);
  19. Twitter: Establishing a twitter account, and develop a twitter following based on Twitter keywords and profiles.
  20. Established a Twitter feed. The feed will relate to the business, new products, events, etc. The feed will direct followers back to the website.
